Call for Nominations for The 2024 Polly Corrigan Book Prize

A launch event to celebrate the release of Prof Adrian Furnham and John Taylor's new book, 'The Psychology of Spies and Spying'

About this event

At this book launch, Professor Adrian Furnham and John Taylor will present their new textbook and discuss some of the unique issues arising from it in front of an audience at King's College London.

Informed by decades of experience working with intelligence agencies, The Psychology of Spies and Spying focuses on managing sources, Covert Human Intelligence Sources and informers. The book offers a British perspective on the subject, while recognising the individualities of other agencies, and provides thought-provoking situational judgement exercises and descriptions of the personality and motivations of twelve agent classic cases. Written by trainers with intelligence officers in mind, this textbook is the first of its kind, offering a unique and authoritative insight into the world of agent running.

Join us on Thursday 3rd November for this book launch, followed by a short drinks reception. Venue details will be announced shortly.
