Biography

Beatrice is a part-time PhD Student in the Department on War Studies, King’s College London. Her research delves into the intricate relationship between evolving threats and the role of intelligence agencies in Europe. With a keen focus on the implications of emerging threats on European security at large, Beatrice is particularly interested in exploring how these challenges reshape the landscape of secret services and their functions within the state.

In addition to her doctoral research, Beatrice serves as a Project Officer of the EU Countering Foreign Interference project at the EU Institute for Security Studies in Paris. This initiative is dedicated to bolstering EU capabilities in countering foreign information manipulation and interference within the EU neighbourhood(s).

She holds a Master’s in Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, where she was awarded the Prize for Best MSc Dissertation (2022), and a BA in International Relations from King’s College.
