Biography

Hüsna Kosif is a PhD candidate in War Studies at King’s College London. Her doctoral research examines Indian intelligence threat perceptions of China in the technological domain, with a particular focus on Chinese industrial espionage and India’s countermeasures. She also holds an MA in Intelligence and International Security from the Department of War Studies at King’s College London. Her MA dissertation explored Ukraine’s Operation Spider Web through key deception theories, analyzing the continuity and transformation of deception in modern warfare shaped by emerging technologies. Previously, she worked as a Research Assistant at the Foundation for Political, Economic and Social Research (SETA), where she focused on Türkiye–EU relations, European security, and social policy. Hüsna earned her BA in Political Science and International Relations from Marmara University. She is fluent in Turkish and English.
