Thea Gioe is the founder of GioeIntelligence Solutions, an intelligence training and advisory firm that specializes in helping organizations develop the systems and people to enable intelligence-led decision-making. She is the Deputy Chair of the Young Security Professionals Academy (YSPA), a non-profit dedicated to developing corporate security through knowledge-transfer and wisdom capture. In both roles, she leverages strategic intelligence skills she learned working for the U.S. intelligence community to help organizations navigate evolving risks and build the teams they’ll need to meet tomorrow’s challenges.
She holds a Master of Arts in Contemporary Arab Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University.
